Yes it can, however we recommend that you place a towel or cushion on the box if you intend to sit on the box in direct sunlight when it’s 28 degrees or more.

Yes, we can custom make them to just about any size, we do recommend certain sizes for aesthetic purposes.

Below Ground Pool Blanket Boxes usually take around 2-4hrs depending on size and if covers are cut and fitted, sometimes longer if rock, clay or pipes are located in the vicinity. Above Ground Pool Blanket Boxes are typically around an hour on average.

We offer a 10yr structural warranty with our custom made and Below Ground Pool Blanket Boxes, 5yr warranty on the gearbox mechanism inside the Below Ground Pool Blanket Boxes.

Powder coated boxes should be cleaned with soapy water a few times a year or when they look dirty, this will prolong the life of the colour as well.

The Below Ground Pool Blanket Boxes will need any debris and leaf matter cleaned out regularly from the inside of the box, the rubber hinge on the top also needs to be kept clean to allow the lid to open fully, approx. after 5yrs the gearbox will need to be taken out, cleaned out and fill with new gear oil.

Above Ground Pool Blanket Boxes will need a clean a few times a year when it looks dirty, soapy water and a soft cloth similar to washing a car, this will potentially give the colour a longer life. Please note, any painted surface will fade over time when in full sun.

We offer a 10-year structural warranty on all of our products.

While there are some exceptions to anodised and painted surfaces, powder coated surfaces only require a good clean every few months with a soft cloth and soapy water to keep surfaces looking great for many years to come.
