Pool Blanket Boxes Australia began in 2007, with products first made in the Director’s home garage.

Our Journey and Evolution

Transition from Timber to Aluminium

Initially, we clad our boxes with timber, but over time and through dedicated research, we discovered that aluminium could modernise the design while still preserving the appealing wood-grain appearance that had become popular with our customers.

Benefits of Aluminium and Expanded Colour Options

Switching to aluminium brought significant advantages—it made our products stronger, lighter, and more cost-effective for our customers. This material choice also enabled us to broaden our colour range, introducing powder coated options to better suit individual preferences and environments.

Growth of the Business

By 2009, our range had expanded to include Filter Enclosures, Gates, Screens, and Fencing, as well as Storage Boxes. Our commitment to quality and personal service earned us a strong reputation. As the business grew, we moved from the garage into our first workshop, where we operated for 12 years. Continued growth led us to relocate again in 2021, this time into a purpose-built, larger workshop. From here, we now manufacture products that are distributed not just across Australia, but internationally as well.

Our passion lies in creating designs that are both practical for poolside use and visually harmonious with their surroundings. Drawing on our structural expertise, creativity, and attention to detail, we take pride in meeting the unique challenges of each pool area, ensuring every product is tailored to its specific environment.

Refocus on Pool Blanket Boxes

Recently, we made the strategic decision to discontinue the production of Filter Enclosures, gates, and screens. This allows us to dedicate our efforts to our expanding and ever-popular range of Pool Blanket Boxes.

We offer a 10-year structural warranty on all of our products.

While there are some exceptions to anodised and painted surfaces, powder coated surfaces only require a good clean every few months with a soft cloth and soapy water to keep surfaces looking great for many years to come.
